Bringing the Good News

The Gospel of Luke records the first good news delivered by an angel to shepherds watching their flocks in the fields near Bethlehem over two thousand years ago.

Luke 2:10-11: “And the angel said unto them, Be not afraid; for behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy which shall be to all the people: for there is born to you this day in the city of David a Savior, which is Christ the Lord.”

This good news for all people, once spread to the world, is meant to give eternal life to those who hear and accept Jesus, making them citizens of God’s kingdom. What news could be better than this? It is God’s most precious gift to humanity – a priceless treasure.

However, to become truly blessed, one must not only receive this gift but also become a messenger of this Good news, allowing more people to receive the precious gift of Jesus’ salvation. As the Apostle Paul said, “How beautiful are the feet of them that bring glad tidings of good things!” (Romans 10:15)

eGlobal Christians Mission is committed to following Jesus’ command, determined to spread the Good News of Jesus Christ’s redemption to people all over the world. I am grateful for the invitation from the founder, Sister Catherine Tiong, to participate in this endeavor. I feel honored and joyful to be part of this mission.

I am willing to faithfully and wholeheartedly spread the Good News to the world throughout my life, glorifying the Lord’s name. I also hope that more people will join this ranks, working together as faithful servants of Jesus Christ, bearing glorious witness on earth. God will surely bless us. Amen!
