張麗英姐妹

感謝上帝的恩典帶領，聖靈的感動，完成了「福音天梯」手册。

每逢思念被掛在十架上的主耶穌，眼前呈現了感人的一幕。祂望著我說：「我渴了！」。

歷歷在目，我的心融化了！主耶穌旣是「神子」，又是「人子」。

祂為我們被釘在那殘酷的十架上，遍體鱗傷，鮮血淋漓，一滴一滴從他的身體流出，親身代贖，償還我們的罪債。

他雖受了如此劇烈的煎熬，仍然發出內心的呼喊，渴望世人能悔改歸向祂，得到救恩。

這是祂道成肉身，降世為人的目的，為得要拯救世人。聖經上說：「唯有基督在我們還作罪人的時候為我們死，上帝的愛就在此向我們顯明了。」

盼望我們能領悟到主耶穌基督如此的大愛，並體恤祂熱愛世人靈魂的心：「祂不願有一人沉淪，乃願人人都悔改。」 「信祂的人不被定罪，不信的人罪已經定了，因為他不信上帝獨生子的名。」（約翰福音 3:18）

試想：我們若忽略這麼大的救恩，怎能逃罪呢？主耶穌的愛長濶高深，何其偉大! 我們豈能辜負祂如此浩大的救恩？主啊，我在這裡，請差遣我！

主耶穌第三日從死裡復活，升天之前，祂給門徒的大使命：「所以你們要去，使萬民作我的門徒，奉父，子，聖靈的名給他們施洗，凡我所吩咐你們的，都教訓他們遵守。我就常與你們同在，直到世界的末了。」（馬太福音28:19-20）

Thanks to God’s grace and guidance and the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, for the completionof “The Gospel Ladder” Handbook.

Whenever I meditate on the Lord Jesus Christ hanging on the Cross, a touching scene appears before my eyes.

He looked at me and said, “I thirst!”. It is so vivid in my mind that my heart melts!

The Lord Jesus is both the “Son of God” and the “Son of Man.” He was nailed on the cruel cross for us.

His whole body was covered with bruises and blood dripping from His body.

He suffered for our sins and personally paid for the debts of our sins.

Although He endured such severe torture on the Cross, He still cried out from His heart, longing for the world to repent and turn to Him and receive Salvation.

The purpose of His coming is to save the souls in the world. The Bible says, “But God commendeth His love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.”

I hope that we can understand the great love of our Lord Jesus Christ and His love and sympathy for the souls of the world: “not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.”

“He that believeth on Him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.” (John 3:18)

Imagine if we neglected the great gift of Salvation, how can we escape from eternal punishment? The love of the Lord Jesus is everlasting, deep, and great. How can we fail to live up to His great Salvation? Lord, here I am, please send me!

When the Lord Jesus rose from the dead on the third day and before ascending to Heaven, He gave His disciples the Great Commission: “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you
alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.” (Matthew 28:19-20)

Furthermore, I would like to thank Rev. Peter Chung, Rev. Juju Huang, Sister Grace Hsu, and my family: Brother Tan Sri Datuk Tiong Su Kouk, Brother James Tiong, and my Sons: Kenneth Leung and Kevin Leung for their assistance in reviewing the contents, translations, encouragement and support.
